Shipping Policy

Unless otherwise noted on the product page, we offer worldwide shipping to most countries and regions.

We make every effort to ship out most orders within 24-48 hours of placement.

Delivery Times

The average delivery time is 4-6 days from the date your order is placed. In many cases, products will arrive earlier than the estimated time.

If you have waited 2 weeks and still not received your order, please contact us at aromahmt@gmail.com. We will investigate the matter as soon as possible and help you resolve any related issues.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may return the item for a refund after receiving it. Please refer to our Return Policy for details.

Missing Packages

If the tracking number indicates that the item(s) have been successfully delivered to the address provided by you, we recommend contacting your local courier to inquire about the delivery location or reschedule a delivery attempt.

No replacements or refunds will be issued for items marked as successfully delivered. Pniaw is not liable for incorrect address information provided by customers or missed delivery attempts by couriers.

If you believe your package may have been stolen, you may file a claim with your local courier.

Duties & Taxes

Please note that you are responsible for any additional duties or taxes incurred due to importing the item(s) into your country.

Refusing Packages

While we recommend initiating a return after you receive the item, if you choose to refuse the delivery of the order, we will issue a refund once the item(s) have been received back at our warehouse.
